Located in the Sports Hospitality and Entertainment District in the heart of Downtown Winnipeg, True North Square is a highly diverse, mixed-use development project contributing to the rejuvenation and improvement of downtown Winnipeg. The complex will be comprised of a large outdoor civic plaza surrounded by three high-rise towers, which will accommodate mixed-use spaces including Class ‘A’ office space, residential units, hotel accommodations, retail space and an elevated skywalk system. In addition, a two-storey parkade will be constructed below the outdoor plaza, adding a significant amount of parking to the downtown area.
