The Green Lantern Building

The Green Lantern Building, located in downtown Halifax comprises principle elements of heritage value and the intent was to protect and rehabilitate the portions that carry this significance by rehabilitating the façade to its 1896 design. The building design features three levels of underground parking, a ground floor commercial area with nine residential stories, a sculptural rooftop structure housing amenity and residential programming, three levels of historic lofts, plus one penthouse.
