The resort is the new home of the Parq Casino and is anchored by two Marriott hotels: a five-start JW Marriott, which has 288 luxury guest rooms and 41 suites, and The Douglas, with 178 rooms and 10 suites.
The space also has conference, event and meeting rooms, retail space and service areas necessary to support a wide breadth of other functions, including restaurants, bars and a 6,000 sq ft spa.
