Conceptual development for a multifunctional project in Dubai that includes a 43 storey residential tower, a commercial podium, two and three-storey town houses as well as a 10 storey underground parking.
The views and the sun were the two biggest influences on the development of the property. The result is a slender north-south aligned tower slab, subdivided into a major and minor element emphasizing its verticality.
