The Broccolini multi-tenant office building houses the multi-national Hospira. Hospira is a pharmaceutical company established through strong leadership and over 70 years of experience in the manufacturing of high quality products. Hospira is the head of the global generic injectable pharmaceutics industry. The five storey building contains 125,535 sq ft of rentable office space and 11,025 sq ft of warehouse space as well as an underground parking garage to accommodate 63 cars, tenant storage, bicycle storage and a mechanical room.
