The Cowichan Valley Transit Centre is a new 4.5-acre facility designed to support regional transit operations with modern infrastructure and sustainable features. The administrative and maintenance building includes four bus bays, parts storage, shipping and receiving areas, a bus wash, and outdoor storage.

The site is equipped to accommodate a fleet of up to 50 buses and includes a rainwater retention system that supports landscape irrigation. Architecture49 and WSP provided full design and engineering services, delivering a functional and efficient facility tailored to BC Transit’s long-term needs.
