Brunello Nines

Brunello Nines is a multi-unit residential building, overlooking the ninth hole of The Links At Brunello. Located on a large 3-acre site, the building contains a total of 136 rental apartment suites consisting of one, two, and three bedroom options, as well as amenities such as communal program rooms and guest suites throughout the complex. The building is broken down into 3 wings, surrounding a spacious landscaped courtyard, all above a large parking podium housing 197 parking spaces and 138 storage units. Typical units are designed with cantilevered balconies alternating in sync with the stepped building facades, to create tall two-storey outdoor spaces for each unit.
