The Campbell River Transit Centre is a new purpose-built facility designed to support BC Transit’s growing operations. Situated on a 5.7-acre site, the centre features a 10,000 sq. ft. administrative and maintenance building that includes four bus bays, parts storage, shipping and receiving areas, and a bus wash. The site also includes outdoor storage, utility infrastructure, and parking to accommodate a fleet of up to 50 buses.
Architecture49 and WSP provided full architectural and engineering consulting services for the design and construction of the facility, ensuring it meets the operational needs of a modern transit system while supporting long-term growth.
