The MLSE Launchpad is a community facility located in Toronto's Moss Park neighbourhood that provides a safe, inclusive space where youth and young adults can grow and develop through sports and recreation programming. With over 50 programs scheduled each week, the facility offers a wide range of activities, including sports, employment initiatives, and other life skills training for children and adults between 6 and 29 years old. The goal is to empower young people in the community by providing them with the tools they need to succeed in all aspects of their lives.
MLSE Launchpad has a variety of spaces, including classrooms for training, sports courts, a nutrition hub, an adventure wall, and a wellness room. The sports courts and adventure wall provide opportunities for physical activity allowing individuals to test their limits and improve their self-esteem and resilience. The classrooms offer supportive learning environments where participants can continue build additional life skills to help them in school, work, and in the community. The wellness room is another important space that prioritizes mental wellbeing by offering free counseling services.

Located within a community housing development, the MLSE Launchpad provides a unique opportunity for young people who may not have access to organized sports. Free access to a range of sports and services allows the MLSE Launchpad to break down barriers and increase opportunities for underprivileged youth. The facility's commitment to inclusion and diversity is evident through its focus on gender equity and fostering a sense of belonging for everyone who walks through its doors. Moreover, the facility offers accessible sports such as wheelchair basketball and seated volleyball in addition to traditional sports, thus making participation easier and more inclusive.
