Looking to harmonize the new construction with the existing building, the proposed design is clad largely in red brick and accentuated with white composite panel and wood-look siding. Unit types range from studio to two-bedroom plus den and feature large rooftop patios or balconies. Amenities included in the design are a Fitness Room and Studio, Amenity Lounge, Private Dining Room, Guest Suite, and level 3 rooftop Solarium.
