This new twin-pad arena facility connects to the existing Community Services Building already containing the Schwartz Reisman Centre, a Mt Sinai Hospital satellite Wellness Centre location, and a Conference and Celebration Facility. The proposed addition will include two (2) NHL ice surfaces with spectator seating designed for year- round operation. Support spaces will include change rooms, administration offices and reception area, retail, workshop, food service and tenant spaces.
