Our mandate was the reconstruction of the Grande Allée Armoury, which was badly damaged by fire in 2008. The federal government confirmed an investment of 93 million dollars for the reconstruction of the building. The plans will be completed in 2014 and the construction work should start a year later.
A49 received the mandate in 2011 to elaborate architectural concepts for the reconstruction of the Grande Allée Armoury in Quebec City. The final concept was recently unveiled to the public after approval by the government. The consortium has been given the mandate to develop the plans and specifications and supervise the construction site.
