30-storey 'landmark' Hilton hotel approved for Surrey

The tides of economic confidence are on the upswing for Surrey as another major hotel has been approved for its emerging downtown area.

Earlier this week, City Council approved a 33-storey, 353-ft-tall mixed-use tower proposed by land owner Yanna Holdings and designed by Canadian architectural firm Architecture49.
